Topics are up for discussion, depending on the wants and skill level of those attending.
They can range from simple knife skills and butchering and processing of any forms of proteins
all the way up to molecular reconstruction of foods through use of science and technology.
Classes will be available:
Sunday afternoons from 12 Noon to 3 PM
Reservations and curriculum need to be discussed minimally one week prior to ensure proper equipment and supplies availability.
Pricing will depend on the amount of students and schedule.
